A value proposition is a statement that describes the tangible results that a company will get from hiring you, and the unique benefits that you can bring to an employer.
Unfortunately, many job seekers never take the time to craft a value proposition that's clear, concise, and convincing. By not having this important element in your job search toolbox, you reduce your chances of getting your resume read, being considered for an interview, or getting hired.
